I feel this review is:
On 13th March I had to catch morning 7:30 flight from Pune airport. I reached just on time and went for security check. My cabin luggage bag was separated and was told to remove the Swiss knife. I realized how badly I had goofed up and since I had no time I had no choice but to handover it to security. I asked him how do I get it back once I return to Pune and he said it is discarded and can't be returned. I had almost lost my hope but just tried calling lost and found dept of Pune airport. Explained the situation and requested them to keep it aside. To my surprise #1 I was assured that it will be kept safe and on Friday when I returned it was the second surprise that I actually got it back. Thanks to Mr. Manish and Sudheer from Terminal management team who helped me. Big salute to them
