Went to Pune Central Karve Road today on Jan 9, 2017 at 7 PM. No issues with the parking, it was hardly 10% full, hence no rush in the mall. We spent around 15 minutes to select the item and went to billing counter. Since there was no rush we expected to finish off the billing in 5 mins, which actually took 30 minutes with lot of follow up with the store manager. In place of around 10 cash counters, they just had 2 cashiers in place. When asked the manager of the store, they did not have any explanation. Finally when we came out of the store it was around 8:30, as they took another 15 minutes to search for the complaint register, and search the sr manager of the store.
Make sure that they have enough number of cashiers in place before even you start shopping in this mall. The management of the mall is quite incompetent to manage any customer complaint. If you value time, this is not the place to shop.
