We had a bad experience last Sunday, when we found that the Logo of our brand new car VW, Vento went missing after the shopping. Call to their listed no 30588600 was useless. The operator assured that the executive manager Mr.RishiRaj Kunje would call back. We are yet to hear from him.
The grievance is that a Parking charge is collected, however no one is responsible for the safety of the vehicle. The theft of a logo cannot happen without the connivance of the Parking lot attendant.
Hence the management of the Mall should take this seriously and if required keep cameras to catch and apprehend the miscreants, who cause such loss to the customers.
