Puma is one of the biggest shoe brand of india bur its performance is so cheap. I bought puma shoes from ti mall planet sport showroom which costs 3400 rupees. That shoes wear out in 2 months. When I contacted to the nike consumer care services they advised me to sent the picture of shoes and bill with other details through email. I sent all the details with pictures and I they replied me after 19 days of sending mail. The consumer services are too poor in puma. after they say that not cover under warranty Than I relied your seller say that in any case we change shoes in. 3month and I say if you not solve the problem I go to consumer forum than after they solve my problem
So Don"t trust their services
