Hello friends myself 7 molwa and today I am going to review my true and personal experience with provouge watch I had seen an advertisement of provogue watch on Facebook ok so so I know that this brand is very good so from online store I had purchase an provogue watch in pictures it is looking fantastic and awesome so I purchased that watch at the amount of 1300 after that when I got the watch firstly in 2 to 3 months it was looking awesome and fantastic but after 3 months it's strip starts trone and within 3 to 4 days it get deteched from the main watch circle after that I call the customer service but day denied to make it correct that told me that you don't have any warranty on this watch what kind of services they are providing I don't know because when I purchase this watch it was written over there that this watch is is in 1 year warranty and half year guarantee but now the customer care is refusing and denying to pay me back or to make this watch correct this shows that they are pathetic customer service and also the big name is Just a name not that kind of service they are providing us on that day I got very angry because by saving my pocket money I purchased this watch but waiting for months this watch is totally dull and lost is is freshness and it it starts looking old and totally destroyed overall very bad product quality and also disgusting customer service even customer service did not know how to talk with their customers after that time I had never purchased any product of provogue totally pathetic services and I got very angry on them genuinely really really angry towards them because it was my hard money which I had lost because it is disgusting.
Therefore I want to suggest you that there are much more good option at the same range in market which provide you better product quality with a good customer services but provogue is not an good option.
