6 month back I was not well so my mom took me to doctors he said he need lots of protein so she suggested to eat fruits that contain protein and calcium tablets. And she told me to add protinex with my milk. So accordingly I did continous for 1 month. My weight was 39 which was under weight when I went to doctor. And when I started drinking protinex with my milk for 1 months my weight increase by 3 kg. Now no one tell me to eat anything because I am no more as I was before and I will suggest everyone to have protinex daily. And you will be always energetic. And I am sure you will like it and. Try the vanila flavor its just awesome
