Protinex powder is for those who actually require protein.but now a days its like fashion for some people specially youngsters.it should be taken under doctor's proper guidance.otherwise it has many disadvantages also.like loose motion, gastric irritation etc.so it should not be taken without guidance.if you want more protein I would recommend pulses, rajma, eggs, brocoli
