Totally unprofessional, didn't had ready truck of own, truck came after 6 hours late, only 2 people came to load, had to call my people to loading help, many items broken, felt helpless and frustrated, actually after any order they go to a subzi mandi or road to find trucks going back empty, 2 people very lowly paid without any experience are sent to home, they are just making profit of 50% margin for wasting time of customers.
one star is there because no option to give zero star or negative star.It is a surprise that such elements exist in the professional world just because market is too big, there is no repeat customers, still new people can get fooled by name, just the way I got fooled.
