Really really pissed of right now. Nothing wrong with product proactive plus or the company itself but I went and ordered the new proactive plus and its been more then 10 days since I got an email that is been shipped just called then to see y I didn't receive my product.


I was told that they will send me a form to fill out which I will get in 10-7 days then send them the form back then I will get my products in another 10-7 days and on top of it whoever put in my order instead of putting the 30 day trial order did the whole 90 days order and then the girl who was talking to me cant say that she was helping becoz she was not helping wouldn't let me talk was talking over me couldn't let me explain that I was told I would get a 30 day trial not 90 days would not listen and then just hung up on me a "customer".


That's the kind people proactive plus hires who hangs up on their customer when it was their own freaking mistake what a customer service the have, I'm so pissed right now I of course had to call back and got a nicer gentleman and cancel everything I don't ever want any proactive product ever. That's stupid b@#ch really needs to find another job or learn how to talk to customers.
