They bill 1000 times extra post treatment. Review on Pristyn Care - Gurgaon

Beware they are big frauds. Prystine tortured me mentally and physically keeping hostage demanding huge bills of a small treatment of no cut surgery RIRS treatment for kidney stone.

I was promised by prystine cost of treatment would be around 40–50k before admission and then they billed me 2.5 lakhs rupees for a simple no cut surgery should not be billed for more than 30–40k. I was holding 100% cashless corporate insurance under which I dont have to pay any amount at all for any treatment but prystine still billed 95k to my insurance and 125k to me with all fake services added to bill.

My insurance co. approved 95k but prystine still insisted to pay extra and denying the same they kept me as hostage for 6 days with no facility or post surgical medicine Dr. care etc.

In entire 6 days of stay I never saw any doctor vising to me and I saw a doctor only in operation theatre who left after surgery immediatly without checking any updates of my health recovery.

I was also kept on fast from 2 days before surgery and charging 1000 times extra bill for a small no cut surgical procedure named RIRS for kidney stones.
