We have also become victim of these liars and cheaters on 1 Aug 2015 and since then cursing myself, why did I go to their office and without verifying any details, believed in these cheaters. We payed them 1.5 lacs through credit card for 10 yrs membership and balance 25000 are remaining. We have not received our membership card which they promised and any type of welcome kit yet. It is going to be one year.
These cheaters told us about their privileged club membership in which we will be given talwarkar gym membership for 2 persons, event passes, three free banquet hall booking in a yr and summer camp for kids.however its been more than 2 months and we have not yet received our membership card also. We have called them million times and inquired them about gym, they always give some random date and no action taken.
After writing them many mails, they have not replied. We are going to file a case in consumer court, if any one has already then pls let us know.We can help each other in getting justice and our hard earned money back.
