I had ordered a T shirt for my son on 11 Oct. The promise was to deliver within 7 working days. The T shirt I had ordered was finally delivered on 28( 17 days after order) This is highly unacceptable and regretful. no msg on dispatch or apology for delay was sent. This is disgusting. A number of calls were made for inquiry. But no reply was given and subsequently My number was picked up and on hearing the name was disconnected.
It appears the a company like you are not ready to accept criticism or any complaint.
The print of the T Shirt is very Bad and the text is unreadable.
It appears that you people are not bothered about the customers and their reputation. Its a "Care a damn" attitude. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING
