Recipe for PHIRNI
Ingredients:

1 liter Whole Milk.
100 gm Khoa.
150 gm Sugar.
50 gm Basmati Rice.
1 tsp Cardamom powder.
1 tsp Almond, Pista crushed.
Silver foil for garnishing.
Method:
====
1-Wash and soak the rice in water for 90 minutes.
2-Drain water and grind coarsely.
3-Mix the rice with milk and bring to a boil while stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
4-Boil for 10 minutes till rice grains turn soft.
5-Add Khoa and Sugar, boil till slightly thick.
6-Cool and add cardamom powder.
7-Garnish with dry fruits and silver foil.
8-Serve chilled.
