I've read all the books of the Princess Diaries. I look forward to every single Princess Diaries book. I like to see what Mia is up to and the drama that is going on in her life. The only thing I don't like is that the movies don't follow the book. Also it doesn't tell the real story like in the books. The movie in the first place made me read the book to see if it followed.
The author gives little things a bigger story. She makes you question throughout the full book what is going to happen next in Mia's life, what is the next clumsy thing she will do. Some other book that Meg has written that is on the Gateway Book nomiation list this year is All-American Girl. I have not read it but I plan to in the next two weeks. I hear it is just as good as her other books like the haunted, Teen Idol, and many many more.
