Hello guys,
I bought Honda Jazz in the year 2011 from Prime Honda - Patparganj, Delhi branch. Their sales staff is very good and competent in terms of knowledge and presentation. They offer you choice of your car as per your budget.
But they have very small area and many times you won't be able to see the demo car in their showroom. But, I appreciate the way they handle it.
One thing which I noticed that while selling the car, they treat you like God but when you have bought car from there and you go for service, you will not get that kind of VIP treatment which you expected. That means their sales staff is very good and after sales support is not so competent.
Their service staff are also very trained to work with deadlines and I will give full marks to them.
