REVIEW ABOUT THE WET GRINDER:
I am writing this review about prestige wet grinder. As I do not have the option of wet grinder in the main menu so chosen prestige mixer grinder ex 30 . First of all sorry for mixer grinder ex30.This is a review completely on prestige wet grinder table top
I bought prestige table top wet grinder 2lt , 200watts in Tarcar trading company , mapusa, goa on 17/10/11. I bought this wet grinder based on my mother in law recommendation , because she was using from one year.
Now both are having problem that too just with in a year.
My mother in law sold off and she switched to ultra.
I was planning to give it back or exchange with something else but unexpectedly a problem found that is it was not grinding properly and taking long time to grind.
So I gave the complaint on 11-oct-2012 to that tarcar office by calling them through phone
and they told that they will send a mechanic with in a week. Then I told them my warranty will finish on 17-oct-12. She said that it is in 3 days of warranty.so no charges to be paid because the day of complaint is registered .( complaint no-5503 )
I was waiting for a week but still that person did not come. Again i gave a reminder to them . Next day he has come and he checked the grinder and said that capacitor of the grinder has gone . He told that he will bring with in two days .
After four days again he came and checked with new capacitor but still it was not working . Then he told that motor has gone. He said that he has to get the new motor from the company and repair .
Its already 22-nov-12, still that problem is not solved.On 21-nov-2012 I gave a call to that prestige people no response from them . On the same day I called to that prestige mechanic, he is telling that he did not get a motor.And he do not have a patience even to reply for my questions.
ON 22-nov-12 again I called to the prestige company where I purchased , there one lady told me the details of my complaint and she gave the manger(Mr.patil) contact number and asked me to call n tell the complaint to him.
On the same day I spoke with that manager. I was bit angry when I was speaking with him but that manager had the courtesy to answer my questions. He gave me the promise that he will take the action to solve the problem by 24-nov-2012 for free of cost as I gave the complaint before my warranty period.
I felt very bad for the service and they do not have the patience to communicate with the customer problems. ( apart from manager).
Let us see how many days will they take to repair or solve the issue. ????????????My only main question is that :
Company is growing like anything and giving good results and inventing new models and making good sale .everything is fine but what happened to service area?
when there is no one for service or availability of the parts for repair y we should buy that particular product . Giving so much of money(Rs.5050/-) and take a risk that too with in a year for service.
CONCLUSION
As I am a user I do not want to recommend this table top prestige wet grinder for any one . Better when u want to buy something pl check the reviews of the particular product user.Prestige people they mainly concentrate on the selling the product but on the service area.
Still I am struggling to solve the problem . I will make them solve my wet grinder problem because Rs 5050/- money is so precious for me . And also money is precious for every one.
Even after reading this review still if anybody wants to buy its their wish and they must think that, their money is just in to the dustbin and u can see their review very soon . good luck
