Have been using Prestige products for quiet some time and with the recent experience, am against it. Ordered 2 induction cook tops and gas stove last year with one mini cook top  from Flipkart and other products from a Prestige store nearby.


The Prestige mini cook top is giving me a bad time and the product has gone dead within 3 months of minimum usage. As it is under warranty, trying to get it done from their service centre. However the service centre as well as the customer care team comes with standard response such as "it is being repaired" and "we will take it on priority". This comes only after follow up and no response from their side. I am putting the e-mail communication with them going on for past 1 and half month which is endless and as on date I have not received the product, forget getting an update from them. Their customer care team is either untrained or ignorant.

Hi,


I carried the product to the service centre at PAnasultanji Goa on 28th April 2015 and handed over the same to the service centre guys with a job sheet no. 7256 being issued.


After this they have not called even once. My family member called them twice and went personally at the service centre and was told that the repair is not complete. It is close to one month now and this is really poor response from the brand Prestige.


At least an update and response is expected. And if the repair takes a month and long, that means it is indeed a poor product which I bought. Have been a loyal prestige customer for several years, buying many products of the brand as Prestige meant trust to me.


May be not any longer after this sloppy customer service.


Anyway, expect a quick response this time from your side and follow up with the service centre.

I have been told to take visit the service centre with the cook top.

I had purchased a Prestige PIC 1.0 Mini Induction cook top from Flipkart in the month of October 2014 and have been using the same for past 3 months without any issues. However, today when I tried to operate the same, it did not start and neither did it show any display with Power ON condition.


As it is within warranty period, request for your assistance in checking/repairing the same. The product Serial No. is U4H-00306.
