Bought this less than a week ago, and when cleaning, it literally came apart! Thought that this was how iit was supposed to be, to facilitate cleaning and when I couldn't put it back together again, took it back to the shop where I bought it, expecting he'd show me how simple it was to fix it back. To my surprise, he mentioned it was broken and needed to be sent to the company for fixing and that if they couldn't fix it, they'd replace it.
Cannot believe that a product can literally fall apart a few days from being purchased. Should have gone in for Pigeon even though it was a few hundred rupees dearer. Even a third party local brand - for several hundred rupees less- would have been better. plan to complain on the prestige website, if I can find it that is, as https://ttkprestige.com is not working.
