Poor Quality and pathetic after sales service. Review on Prestige Gas Stove

I have purchased a three burner gas stove from an authorised dealer at Chennai ten months back and started facing problems right from the fourth month. The burner stands are of very thin and bad quality which did not last not even for six months. Got corroded one by one and broken.

The spares are not available anywhere including the authorised service centre which is located at Mylapore. It was very pathetic that themselves coud not suggest the right replacement even after seeing the broken stand, and billed me a wrong one, which was returned to them the next day. The amount I have spent in search of the new ones is almost 50% of the product cost. In the service centre I could see lot of restless customers shouting at them.

Then I realized that I have taken a wrong decision to buy this useless product produced by the so called big company. They said they will call us, but never called.

My gas stove has become a scrap. I have bought a new one( different brand at cheaper cost) So, my dear friends, pl. do not do the mistake of buying this useless product.
