I bought Prestige Premia Gas Table on June 2013 and is still under the warranty period.Out of 4 burner knobs, one knob got stuck.I registered an online service request with TTK prestige on 26th March 2015 which remains unattended till today.I called the service centre numerous times but all in vain.
After numerous attempts they told me that the allocated service centre was already shut down and they will raise this issue to the service manager.The same reply again and again without any action.Such a pathetic service offered for customers!
