Spare parts are to costly and service engineer take weeks to respond to the call of the docket that has been made and now when they visit either the have forgotten to bring the spare parts or else the spare parts is not available and also I would like to add cost of the spare parts are to costly overall I will not recommend this to any one
Look and feel is good, not at all user friendly stylish however the product is not all durable
