I have used Prestige cooker for years. When they launched a range of kitchen appliances, I was happy. I got an iron box. The iron box had a "tested OK" seal, though it was slightly broken. I thought it would not affect the performance. But, the iron box never worked as the plate was never hot and hence, not suitable for ironing. After several e-mails back and forth, they said I have to take it to their service center and service it.
This means, for their mistake, I am getting a run around, leave alone additional expense. I dumped the iron box and went for a new one from Philips. Since I had a horrible experience with their stove as well, I decided. I will never buy any prestige product.
