I have a Preethi Blue Leaf gold mixer that stopped working last month. I have lodged a complaint with Preethi Service call centre twenty days back and have been following up with both the call centre and the service centre in Mumbai.
However, my problem is still not solved. The service centre asks us to call the call centre. The call centre does not respond to calls - they say they will check and then the calls are being cut. Atleast they should have the courtesy to check and call back. The local mechanics are not able to solve the problem.
I think we have no option to junk the mixer and go for a better brand.
Why does the company talk about life time service?
