Dear All, We would like to share our experience with Pratham Motor, We met their executive ( Mr. Prathavi) in HDFC Bank Branch, and of-course we were looking for a car, finally after spending enough time in research we decided to go with Suzuki,
I visited this Showroom around a month back, and I had a pleasant experience with their sales team, they don't even trying to convincing me with some unnecessary argument but I found out, these people are very honest and gave very honest comment.
I did compare Swift/Ritz with Indica Vista disel model and they fairly accepted that. Next coms to which model I should go, I got full support in terms of for which model I should go, they ask some specific questions like needs , expected usage, how much I can afford and suggested a good option, remember here , so far they are not at all forcing me to go with Suzuki but gave me option in each brand like hyundai , Suzuki & Tata etc....
FInally again after some ground work, I decided to go with Suzuki and Pratham People always in touch with us, it was end of Dec-2010 and I was hearing some price hike from Jan onwards and december offer was going on, and we thought of taking advantages of these.
Initially we were a bit hasitate to go with Pratham , by review and mouth publicity BIMAL and Garuda seems to be good choice, I didn't visit BIMAL, left with Garuda & Pratham,
the reason to choose Pratham , is its near to our working and residential place and apart form Rat race to sale car / achieve target , at least I can sense honesty with Pratham motors sales team.
My wife is very particular about color, so I enquired in all Bangalore dealer, with the same attractive offer, none of Suzuki dealer offered me fast running color, we got disappointment, but here also a big thanks to Pratham team, they could able to get me color with all attractive discounted rate, with the condition, all bank and fiance related formalities should completed by Dec-31st , yes and we booked the car in Dec 27, otherwise by next month Jan offer will be applicable
With Less Hope and big faith in God , I mentally accepted, that I am not at all going to get a deal, but here again a big thanks to Mr. Vijay and Mr. Prathavi, even by all bank formalities got delayed by more then 3 Week, this is almost 3rd Week of Jan, and we got car with older deal and could able to save money, even more then that, their team offered very transparent and honest deal with all accessories and helped us to select the best among what are all the available.
Also, we no need to visit Showroom for paper work, for most of the work, their representative used to come to our office and got it handled without effecting our work schedule
We would surely like to appreciate Pratham Motors, Specially their Sales Team Mr. Vijay & Mr. Prathavi , and hope to get un-conditionally good supports in terms of service also.
