I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided by Pratham Motors, Bellandur. Here are my concerns-




  1. I clearly mentioned to the pickup person to repair the fuel gauge as it was not working correctly. He even mentioned it in the job card in front of me. Despite this, it was still not repaired!




  2. Pratham Motors has a tie up with ICICI Lombard Insurance. Therefore, I should have gotten the cashless benefit for windshield replacement of my car. Despite submitting the claim form with Pratham Motors and registering the claim on my own with ICICI Lombard, I still had to pay the full amount for windshield repairs to Pratham Motors.




  3. Pratham Motors did not bother to inform me or repair the rear door locking system which was also malfunctioning. I wonder if Pratham Motors even bothers to inspect the vehicle for any problems!




  4. The person who dropped the car at my residence after repairs/servicing asked me to “simply” sign a Quick Feedback Form without filling it and give it to him. It is evident that he wanted to take the blank form back with customer’s signature only so that ratings can be “self-filled” by Pratham Motors!(I wonder if they are doing it for themselves on sites like Mouthshut also, beware!)




  5. Pratham Motors had promised to deliver my car on 19th May 2009 latest by 9:30 AM. However, the car was delivered finally at 11:55 AM and that too, after lot of phone follow ups from my side!






Despite paying a hefty amount of Rs. 12K+, waiting for 5 days, not being able to claim the cashless insurance benefit, getting late delivery of my car and still not repaired, I don’t think any Maruti authorized service center in India can be more pathetic in its attitude towards customers.


I have already been cheated once by Pratham Motors and will never take my car again to their unprofessional service center.
