Pratham motors used to be a good place to get your car serviced. Unfortunately now even their service advisors have started recommending repairs which are not part of the normal servicing and in my case, a repair that was recommended and charged for(a rather heavy labour charge on the bill) but never actually done.
Moreover, the service advisor insisted on getting my signature on the job card before he actually filled it, and then he filled in whatever he liked.
I have never seen such unprofessional behaviour. Even the previous time I had been there to get my car serviced, they advised a replacement of a non critical car part that didn't actually need replacement.
They do not itemize their bill completely, so the amount they say they have spent on greasing etc will go up to a large amount and you end up paying for something they might not even have applied on your car.
It's a shame that this is what the servicing industry has come to. I had hoped Pratham would be better than this.
