BELIEVE IT OR NOT - I am on good terms with a Supervisor in PRATHAM motors and it was he who told me this!!!
These guys at PRATHAM motors have found a very good and intelligent way of boosting their name in here and other websites.
These guys write good reviews about themselves by creating several different usernames.
They do so to show that they have a good customer satisfaction rate - but trust me it wont be the same as you get there.
The service is pathetic and they are not trustworthy.
Please consider your investment on your car before you do any kind of business with Pratham Motors because its your hard earned money.
Please go to other MARUTI dealer in Bangalore - you would find plenty with good customer satisfaction.
Is this the way one could gain customer reputation??
My experience with Pratham Motors have always been WORST compared to all the other dealers in Bangalore.
For the same job to be done the chatgres are much HIGHER at Pratham Motors than with other dealers. I have Job card and payment proof with me and another Maruti dealer(Name not mentioned) is ready to stand by me and say that the same job can be done at their place atleast Rs. 200 cheaper.
