Paratp sons is one of the leading bike dealers in the city. But the service provided by them is not good.
Thier service quality is very poor and very slow. They does not tell the service time therefore the company doed not service when the time goes. The finance plans of the company are of very high intrest rates. The difference between the actual rates and the rates after finance is very much.
the staff attitude towards the customers is not good. They do not tell the actual rates of the bikes.
I am giving one out of the five stars to pratap sons.
