It is loacted at just 7 km from my home village.
In may'17 when my sister's marrige just one day left few of my relatives arrived at bus staion at 00: 30 am in night.I told them to stay in hotel and I will pick them early in the morning at 7: 00 am.
They went to nearby prashant lodge and booked two rooms.
In morning when I went to pick they told me the incident happen with them in just 6 hours.I was trully shocked and fells very insulted in front of them.
My mausa told me that after booking their rooms they took approximately half an hour time to become fresh after that they went on reception and ask some water.Manger told their waitor to bring water from any place but he did't came even after half an hour.
When I seen the room I was totally get upset .
It was very dirty, Bedsheets and pillows look like they havn't washed thrm in last six months, worst part is bathroom which smells badly.I have seen so many mosquitos on the wall as well.
After talking to maneger and some staffs I realized that it was his owner's fault who only wants money.
No proper managemet, poor staffs behaviour, and there is no source of food and water are some main features of this hotel.
And for this level of poor services they took 600Rs/ room which is very high in my district atleast.
If anyone staying in balrampur then my suggestion is that go for other hotels.
