I had left a feedback form at Pramukh Hyundai Chembur Workshop 5 months ago while collecting my car from the workshop - no one has taken any action based on it yet.
I had given my car for repair after an accident at Pramukh Hyundai for a bumper, headlight replacement etc. After 15 days I received my car i.e. 8 days later than estimated, and I find that the new bumper has scratches when I asked the person in charge, he said that it was due to handling errors and it will go away when polished. So he polished it and but 2 days later I saw the scratches again. I had mentioned this on the feedback form and the delivery receipt while accepting the car with NOT SATISFIED written at the beginning. How can Hyundai do such a shoddy job? Are you providing reused/refurbished parts? I had taken photographs at the workshop which I have attached.
The actual amount was almost Rs. 2000 more than the estimated amount, when I scanned it I found that certain parts had not been considered by the surveyor and Hyundai made no efforts to check it before presenting it to me. The surveyor has not even signed the Bill Check Report and it does not contain New India's rubber stamp. Is it original or has it been faked? I took under 2 minutes to find out that Labour charges were not fully paid for and Bumper cover and hinges were not paid for at all. The accident repair in charge at Hyundai told me that he will contact the insurance department and get the difference refunded but even 5 months later I haven't got the payment.
