Practo which makes software for doctors for making proper arrangements of their meeting shchedule with the patients really mean it what they say.
If they say many things to you then they may deliver you atleast something .
As its impossible that a small company which opened in banglore is now becoming an mnc company if they wouldnt have delivered you what they said.
Itz really helpful for doctors as it saves their time by managing their personal and patients schedule and also.makes the relation between doctor and patients good as they can share their problems to doctors in real time.
The after sales service provided by them is also good. There are lot of helpful tools and features ti make doctors work easy.the interface is also very user freindly.the page load time some times lag a bit but so do.most of the pages on web so itz not a big deal.
Really a good effort by an indian enterpruneur to do such a good job and making the distance between doctor and patienta short.
