I have visited vcare in tirupati branch on 27th December 2023. Upon arrival, I was asked the reason for my visit. I told I have pigmentation and oily skin issues. I was asked to pay 250 for doctor consultation. I was confused as the fees mentioned while booking appointment was 650.I asked about the same and the receptionist replied 250 is for consultation and 400 is for skin analysis test. first I need to pay 250 and after skin analysis test I can pay remaining 400. But the skin analysis was not done at all and the technician advised me to get q switch laser as I already told her that I have pigmentation and started talking about the package. I asked her about analysis and she said the machine is not working and it's not important and it can be done after 3 months. She did nothing but lure me to take the package in the name of discounts. I completely lost the trust on v care tirupati branch. How can someone suggest treatment even without diagnosing the skin.utter disproffessionalism. Please let the clients know at the time of booking appointment whether your machines are working properly or not. It's such a waste of time and money. Never going back to tiruapti vcare.
