The power of now. A totally inspiring book. It stimulate one to live in the present moment as it is all there is. Past and future are only illusion and never exist and all mind made things. Human spent 80 percent of its time thinking about past and future and give little attention to the now I.e. Present.
It has changed lives of many people. It tells to live with an open mind and give your attention to the present. I have read this book number of times. Initially, I experienced the presence as has been pointed in this book. That feeling and experience was only for a limited period and then I again came back into thoughts. But during that period of living In the now, life was easy. Things were happening effordlessly.
I would advise people to read and feel the power of now.
