Yeh personally I have even visited rubinus gym opposite to power house and currently I go to this place and this place is good enough for the people who are searching for the low price gym its good its infra is too small but we can say average but the trainers here are not even a bit good leaving some because all trainers here think that we should take personal training from them but the people who cant afford personal training what do they do. Here there are only few trainers on rather I would say 1-2 trainers who are good that guide the people there other trainers just watch even if the person is doing in wrong form. Overall average but if you have a nice base then you can join here.
