Pasco automobiles have there NEXA showroom opp Bristol hotel in Gurgaon near to MG road, one of the prime locations in gurgaon. I with one of my friend visited there showroom to take a look at Baleno. I met one of there service advisor who gave us many false commitments regarding the car like fog lights are a part of basic model, free kit with car, etc etc. We booked the car and were waiting for the delivery of the car which was scheduled after 1 month as per the call which we received from the showroom.
On the day of delivery again a new bomb came on our head that we would be charged 2% if we mad payment through credit card. It was already 3 pm and when I reached my bank it was closed for ash transactions so we requested the manager for NEFT and finally arranged for the payment. Then we reached the showroom and after waiting there for one hour we were told that the car could not be delivered as it was not ready and it will take another 1 hr. It was 5 pm then.
We waited there for another hour when we got to know that it will take more time and it is at manesar right now. We asked them to get the car ready there and we ll pick from manesar as it is on our way to home. Then, finally we got to know that they have dispatched the car from manesar so we had to wait.
Finally, the car arrived at 10 pm after 5 hrs of waiting with incomplete work and we had to bring back the car the next day.
We brought the car the next day and asked them that there I no fog lights and central locking which was committed to us wherein we were told that it is not with the car. So we finally spoke to the manager as we had enough.
We told the whole story to the manager, he called that advisor and then guess what. he had told us the specifications of SOME OTHER CAR by mistake.
We paid for central locking and fog lights.
Also, dont believe the pamphlets that they show for pricing. As they show old pamphlets and the prices would revise by the time you pay.
Frustrated, I asked the manager to give me a complaint center number and guess what they dont have any.
So my advice is that please visit some other dealer or double check things if you are struck with them.
