I have booked Maruthi Swift petrol 3 months back and they said they would be able to dispatch it in 2 months. But today after 3 months they informed it will take another month time. This company gives fault information to customer in order to get the sales.
Once the order is placed nobody contact you, mostly you would have to ping them to get the status. Perhaps few of customers get the support, I am not sure. They provide least corporate support as well. They are taking the advantage of long service history in the industry. I would suggest customers to prefer the sales agent who gives you the in time delivery and the support rather than looking for long service back ground.
