I went for my bike servicing (Pulsar DTSI 150). I called out 3 major problems that I was facing. Here is my experience:
Your bike is never ready on the time allotted to you (Happened with me the last time as well).
I was charged for servicing (325 Rs.) and extra charges for 'Chain Cleaning', 'Wheel alligning', 'Oil filter cleaning' etc. This whole cost came up to approx 400 Rs. Really don't know what was the 325 Rs for.
Anything they cannot fix needs to be change: When I finally got my bike, I realised that the three major problems that I was facing with the bike, are still present. When I asked them about the same, they said it needs to be changed. God knows what they were fixing in my bike since morning.
At the end of the day, I had to wait over an hour on the allotted time to get my bike, had to pay for dont know what charges and my bike was still having the same issues I had in the beginning.
Overall: If you love your bike, please dont go there. If you hate your bike then too please dont go there otherwise the bike wont be left, to be hated. I strongly recommend the place with a 'NO & NEVER' vote.
