Poorvika mobile world in Trichy Cantonment region has worst group of sales persons. They just recommend some useless brand of mobile phones to customers.
After purchasing if any problem is identified with the mobile (even within a week) the response from the sales person is very bad. They forced my cousin to buy CELKON mobile. Later when the audio system was identified to be problematic he was not properly guided to rectify the problem.
They simply behaved rudely to him and said he can go and complain to anybody and they will not be bothered. The attitude and behavior of the sales person in Poorivika mobile showroom especially in cantonment region Trichy is worst.
Don't ever go and purchase any items from there.
