I have finally decided to take some time to share my experience with Poonams Furniture. I think it has been almost 12 to 14 years since we have been purchasing furniture from them. Mr. Kishore, the MD has himself come down to our place at Indiranagar several times to take dimensions of the furniture several times. In August this year I came across a beautiful Sofa design in one of international Catalogues and desperately wanted
An exact design of that at my living room. I called up Mr. Kishore and showed him the design and he promised to make the same in 30 - 45 days. During the making of the Sofa I made several visits to the factory to make sure that everything was falling in place. I was happy to see that the same design was been created in front of me at the exact dimensions that I wanted. Finally after 2 months( Yes it was slightly delayed by couple of weeks) the sofa was ready.
The texture, feel and richness of the sofa was just wonderful. The wait was worth it and they delivery the sofa at my residence in the morning. Today the sofa sits handsomely at my living room. I thank Mr.Kishore for his personal assistance and his involvement during this whole time. I would Highly recommend them.
