Stay away if you don't want Harassment . Review on Poonam furniture, Bangalore

This are my experience of buying a sofa in short:-

• Good behavior during order placement. Delivery committed 2 weeks.

  
  




• Minm 50% Advance.

  
  




• They try to avoid pakka tax bill and credit card/ cheque transaction.

  
  




• After 30days(from order date)(after 15 follow-up call and 2 shop visit in 30days) they informed me fabric for ordered design is not available, I have to change fabric/design. I order a different fabric keeping the design same. They offered me a very little option to choose this time, however I chose a different one. They confirmed there will not be any reduction/increase due to this change.

  
  




• After 40days (form order date) they called me to inspect the sofa. I found the work is not upto the mark and they have changed combination of fabric and they forced me accept that, as will not change anything.

  
  




• They asked me pay upfront balance amount + 15% additional amount of order value additional for fabric change + freight. They even threaten me, when I argued and told them it is unfair to ask extra money during delivery.

  
  




• They refused deliver, until I pay full amount to their showroom.

  
  

My simple advice will be “Stay away”
