I feel this review is:
I had a fine overall good experience from begin to end. I had got my dining set custom made in Bangalore from Poonam Furniture. I wasn't fully satisfied with the finish but they agreed to rebuild the whole set and I am 100% happy with their service and final outcome. The sales management was highly informative and knowledgeable and really polite and friendly, which is rarely seen nowadays. I was also very much awed with the positive follow up from their side to keep me updated with the work in progress and estimated time of delivery. They were also very open to feedback. A very good service
