Hello guys,
I purchased a dining table from poonams furniture last month for Christmas. I visited their shop at BTM layout and my first impression was that the shop was flooded with different furniture. I must say that these people have wide options to choose from and I was happy that I could choose from a variety of available options.
I decided to purchase a 6 chair dining table and asked them for immediate delivery. Initially they told me that it would around 4 weeks for delivering a similar one as they have to produce one at their factory. I insisted that I wanted it within 3 weeks as I wanted to have it before Christmas.
They agreed and I paid the initial advance and left. After 2 weeks to my surprise, I got a call from their MD. Mr. Kishore who informed me that my Dining table was ready. I must say that I was really surprised as the delivery time was 3 week and I got a call by the second week.
I told them that I would make the balance after delivery of the dinning table at my place at Cox town, to which they agreed. The next day they came home and delivered the dining table at my house and I was much contented to see it.
I was quite satisfied with the quality, especially the cloth used for the chair seats. But there was a slight problem though, which I noticed the next day. One of the chairs had a slight tilt and was uneven.
I immediately called the showroom and spoke to the MD. Krishore about the problem and asked him to change it immediately as I wanted everything to be in place by Christmas and it was hardly 4 days to go. Later in the evening he sent his people to have a check on the same and after my compulsion took it away to replace it.
Finally a day before the Christmas I had my chair replaced with a new one and I was more than happy to have everything perfectly placed. I think with a little bit of strain I was able to get everything in place.
After all, today I am happy with my product. I would also say that this gentleman Kishore was quite helpful in sorting out the matters.
