Well, pondicherry the great tourist place to visit, situated in Southpart of India, from chennai it takes 4 hrs from Busto reach pondicherry, and when I was in college I visit pondicherry in every two to three months, becoz it's attractions attract me alwz.

There are many places which as a tourist you all love to see,  like the rock beach, serenity beach, paradise beach auro beach,

There is sri aurobindo ashram, the Gandhi ji statue,  botanical Park, Churches, parks, museums.

Everywhere one can travel with public transport or they can book cab, taxi or even they can take two wheeler or car etc on hourly basis on rent, so easily on your own you can explore pondicherry as much as you want best way to explore it.

City is full of variety of sea foods French foods variety of drinks, variety of handicrafts market, clothes and accessories paradise for FOODY and shopping lovers.

Pondicherry Is famous for its French colony and here you can see perfect example how French and Indian two different cultures living together happily.

Food drinks all very cheap specially drinks becoz it's union territory so therefore no taxes, Therefore this all are in cheaper price and easily available, best of best quality available here.

This city is clean and quite so if one want to spend few days in quite place and want to see two different cultures together visit pondicherry.

Hotels and French Quarters near beachside are at costlier side but inside city it's affordable for all.

I must suggest everyone once in there life visit this beautiful paradise, with beautiful beaches and colourful French colony and other beautiful places with the mixture of two cultures living happily together.
