Hello All,
I raised a ticket to transfer insurance to new owner 20 days back, and I have called them, also had a online chat with them, but they gave only assurance to wait for 24 hrs to get the work to be done. In 20 days, I have spoke 2 times on call, and 4 times in there chat application, but no work done.
They keep telling wait for 24 hrs you will get link for payment!
When it comes to buy a new policy they keep calling us, and when it comes to do corrections or tickets raised, we need to call them many times. I didn't like this Policybazaar support.
