I used to always be vary of PolicyBazaar and believed in self research and so on. In September 2016 while browsing on policies on their website when I was just about to close the site, someone from Policy Bazaar initiated a chat, this interaction went on for a good 30 to 40 minutes, I was put on the guys manager eventually who further added value and I was satisfied with the information, reports and data that shared to help me make a choice.
They were not pushy, they presented facts, reports, shared links and so on that helped me make an informed decision.
My experience was great and I felt more educated on how to even buy a a policy, what things to look at and so on.
So a big thumbs up to Policy Bazaar based on my maiden experience with them that too by chance.
They have people who are very knowledgeable, have access to good reports and are able to understand the buyers needs.
