I had taken a motor insurance on 1st feb 12 thru kapil&ravi malhotra of policy bazaar. Cover note was sent same day.after inquiring for next 25 days on status of policy with both pb and reliance gen insurance, i got to know that pb has not quoted correctly the rate and hence policy is on hold.diff was 622/-??


I still agreed to share 50% of this and paid at once 322/- hoping for policy issue at once.later after following up for another 20 days i got e policy with price initially quoted and no price escalation of 622/-. I complained once again to pb and asked for refund and till this day 29th april 12, pb is sleeping and has become non responsive.esacalted to reliance which said this amount is being paid in cash to pb, they should settle with you any moment.


So painful exp, it is better to approach the insurance company and compare on thier portals.sick broking service, no respite till date. Salutation is also wrong , instead of mrs.mr is written....escalated but no respite???
