I have applied for cancer insurance from pb website. I have decided to apply from these people because I expected that they have a good after sale service. But that was a horrible mistake.
I have made the payment for cancer insurance and they gave the application number. But there was some issue while completing the process and it was never sending me the otp to complete the process. Finally, the page got refreshed and it's gone forever. These guys have taken the money and are least bothered to reply. I have the application number and none of the customer care executives is ready to help me.
