Please see the below mail from HR to all employees for freshers recruitment : This is an invitation to all of you to request any friends, siblings,


relatives or neighbours who are fresh engineers from any good engineering


college to send in their resumes to us.

We need 200 bright and committed engineers in our Graduate Recruitment and


Induction Programme (GRIP), which shall groom these engineers as the


backbone of our project teams. Selected candidates shall be on probation


for 6 months, starting November 2nd 2009. Selected candidates shall be


required to sign an Agreement to Learn and Perform (ALP), agreeing to learn


and work for Polaris for a minimum period of three years.


They need to have an engineering degree (B.E. or B.Tech. in any branch)


from a reputed institution, a minimum of 75% in their 10th and 12th Board


Examinations, and the attitude and urge to excel. Those with prior work


experience of upto 18 months can also apply. They are liable to be posted


at any of our office locations in India or abroad.


Selection shall be through an Aptitude Test to be held on 24th and 25th


October 2009, in Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Chennai, to be followed by Group


Discussions and Interviews, on the same days. If they feel that they have


what it takes to be a high performer, and wish to make their career with

They have dare to ask bonded labour for 3 years who are having 75%+ in their academic profile.


Due to above mentioned bond, once u entered into company usual consequences are work is heavy and very useless work for ur carreer will be assigned to you, which the same work can be done by an intermediate student with a training of 1 month about computers. Allmost u will be placed into support project where u have routine monitoring jobs (tasks) as like ATM security watchmen. All your dreams / hopes will be wiped, that if u love to work in development projects or latest technology projects .After entering in Bond period, it takes 3 years to come out of that, by that time u will be very far to latest technologies in industry and ur mind also not ready to learn new things.Due to the 3 months notice period, you cannot get new job outside. so ur is life fixed to polaris and habituated to live with that.


Finally u will be a bonded labour, which is illegal in India.
