I unfortunately happened to work for this company's Gurgaon unit for a 4 years but have found that & can say for sure that this is the pathetic unit to work with.I would like to share some of my experiences with you.
1)The salary structure is devised in a manner to fleece you by having a lot of variables to inflate your CTC which will never be given to you.
2)The company is highly unethical & will stick to its 90 days notice period for its employees when it needs them whereas it fires the employees the very next day when desires.
3)The gurgaon management is full of morons who have no competency & capabilities & the growth is purily based on non, merit basis.
4)If you r not on project you will be put on a leave without pay which is a very preferred practice.
5) Business is mainly body shopping & support projects.
