This company right now is going toward . There hire management is the company like anything. They are saving their . One day only managers will left working in this company. So called Heads have removed so many associates that now no one left. People are worried for their future in the organization. No one knows when these managers will ask them to leave. These managers can't create work so to show their department in profit they remove people on bench. They don't even think that the associates are the earning hands of the organization not the managers. I think hundereds of associates have been forced to leave the company and I dont remember if any Manager has left. My sincere advice to Arun Jain "PLEASE REMOVE THESE CULPRITS ELSE THEY WILL MAKE YOU SELL OR CLOSE POLARIS ONE DAY".....
Please remember "IT WILL NOT TAKE ONE DAY TO EVAPORATE THE WATER OF GANGA, BUT ONE DAY IT WILL...."
My sincere advice to people who are planning to join Polaris "Please dont play with your future... they will spoil it... its a step of a ladder which you have to leave ASAP to reach your destination"
One more thing... the Recrruitment Department take bribe to get you a job.......
